Refund Policy
At Senteurs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following terms:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
- Gift cards and customized products.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, send the item back to the address provided.
- Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
