Refund Policy

At Senteurs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. 
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer. 
  • Gift cards and customized products.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order details.
  2. Once approved, send the item back to the address provided.
  3. Upon inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
